This programme is aimed at a wide range of teachers, teacher trainers and educators, university lecturers, educational managers, administrators and experts from the formal and non-formal education system, and from all types of educational institutions who possess bachelor or master degree.
This programme is also appropriate for other professionals (both IT specialist and educational content specialists) engaged in the design of online courses, eLearning resources and educational e-content to support digital learning.
The programme is open for professionals from academia, organizations and companies offering consulting services in the field of training and new technologies, including IT businesses. They may presently be working in such roles as: software developers, technicians, learning support staff, NGO workers, local authority advisors, information resource managers, members of a commercial team designing e-learning products for industry.
